Medicine Administration Forms

Medicine Administration Forms were  given out today and will need to be given to classroom teachers on Monday morning.
If your child requires any type of medication, even Panadol, then these forms will need to be filled out. If there is no medication needed then no forms need to be returned.
We will have some extra forms available on Monday morning for all those that were away today.
